Dumpling Sauce - soy sauce, black & red vinegar, ginger, scallion, garlic (Great with all dumplings and dim sum)

Cinnamon Red Oil Dumpling Sauce - sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cinnamon (With a touch of heat, we use this on our Chicken Dumplings, but great for all dumplings, try it over rice)

Kings Co Chili Paste - dried chili, five spice, garlic

Chinese Mustard - soy sauce, vinegar, rice wine vinegar, sugar (accompanies our egg rolls and sesame shrimp toast)
